10 STEP BOOKING PROCESS



1 / Enquiry
You get in touch with me and provide me with a brief overview of your vision for your celebration.
2 / Meeting
Once I have an overview, we will set up a meeting to discuss your brief in more detail, brainstorm and get an idea of what you are looking for.
3 / Deposit
Once you are happy about the package option, a 50% deposit will be required to confirm your booking with Brut Events.
4 / Concept
After our meeting, I will start working on a concept inspired by your ideas and vision and forward it on to you.
5 / Feedback
This is very important, you can send your feedback and comments on the decor summary and I will make the necessary changes.
6 / Procurement
Once you are happy with the changes, I will go ahead and liaise directly with the third party suppliers & vendors.
7 / Cost & Look
At this stage you can expect an estimate and beautiful decor summary to get you excited.
8 / Final Payments
The final payment is due 7 days before your wedding, and 14 days for third party suppliers & vendors.
9 / Set-up
This is where the magic happens. I will personally coordinate every aspect of your wedding setup on the day.
10 / Showtime
Your wedding looks beautiful and your guests will be enjoying themselves.
